Meet the Baker
Tiffany Lund is the Chef and owner of Tiffany Lund Custom Cakes & Desserts, which was established in 2016. Tiffany's love for desserts and passion to create cake masterpieces started at a young age and was influenced by her father and aunt. She worked in many different industries but always had a way of circling back to baking and cake artistry.
In 2009 Tiffany graduated with a bachelor's degree in Culinary Management from The Art Institute of California in San Diego and worked many years in small batch specialty bakeries in the area.
She is a proud silver and bronze medal recipient of the American Culinary Federation and has won first place in many cake decorating competitions.
At the beginning of 2021, she left her day job to focus on her business and expand into brick and mortar. Today Tiffany Lund Custom Cakes and Desserts is the premier bakery of Martinez and is located inside Market & Main in downtown. The bakery offers a variety of delicious options from cupcakes to individual sized desserts as well as some specialty items such as the Motherlode of Milkshakes and the signature Cotton Candy Boujie Bling Bomb specialty drinks. All desserts are made fresh daily with the highest quality ingredients.
